These terms and conditions govern your use of our websites and the purchase of products from Hudson Lighting.
References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the relevant Hudson Lighting entity based on the website you are using. “You” means the customer or visitor.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase from us.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur between what is displayed on screen and the actual product due to monitor settings and photographic lighting. All dimensions and weights are approximate.
Many of our lighting products are handmade to order in our Surrey workshop. As such, slight natural variations may occur between individual products. These are a feature of our hand-finished manufacturing process and are not defects.
All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is an offer to us, which we may accept or decline. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
If we discover a pricing or description error for a product you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
Trade accounts are available to verified trade customers (architects, designers, contractors, electricians, landscapers). Trade pricing and credit terms are subject to approval and separate trade account terms. We reserve the right to withdraw trade account status at our discretion.
We accept the following payment methods:
All card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card details.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched (except for approved credit account customers).
